Shipping Policy

While not typical, orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. While orders may arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Holidays, major sales or releases may increase shipping time.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are flat for all orders.

Wear Kindness is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, Wear Kindness in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted for fulfillment errors and damaged or defective items.

Exchange requests, or reports of errors or damaged items, must be submitted within 5 business days of the receipt to hello@wearkindness.co.

Exchanges will be subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item. Please email hello@wearkindness.co to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges on limited release or custom items are not guaranteed.

Any return exceptions will be refunded via store credit within 7-10 business days of your item(s) delivery to us. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are based on available inventory, current shipping times, and availability of limited release and exclusive items. Worn items are not eligible to be exchanged.
